Super Bowl related IndyCar news -excerpt from IndyStar.com article by Cathy Kightlinger

Three-time Indianapolis 500 champion (and new dad) Helio Castroneves, who lives in and loves Miami, is one of the celebrities who won't be around South Florida this weekend.

Instead, he said in a telephone interview Friday, he's in Brazil working out a few things with his green card. And it's bumming him out.

"I'm going to have to extend my stay here," he said. "I was thinking of going to the Super Bowl, but unfortunately it was just a dream. I am very sad I will not be able to make it."

Despite Castroneves' absence, IndyCar racing is represented this week on the streets of Miami.

Scott Jasek, who owns the Indy Racing Experience -- which offers the public rides in race cars at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Walt Disney World Speedway (in Orlando, Fla.) -- is taking care of that.

He and racer Davey Hamilton are cruising around town with a Colts blue and white street-legal race car, promoting the Izod IndyCar Series and the Speedway. On the outside, the race car says "Indianapolis."

They have three other cars with them, as well. Two are parked at W, a South Beach boutique hotel. Another is visiting swanky Super Bowl parties. It was set to stop Saturday at famous sports agent Leigh Steinberg's bash.

Meanwhile, Hamilton is offering celebs and executives rides in the street-legal blue and white two-seater.

Asked to compare IndyCar racing and Miami driving, Hamilton said, "There is no comparison other than it's always chaos."
