- Finished P1 in both practice sessions
"We struggled a lot here yesterday in testing, but my team stayed late last night and got here early this morning, working on the overall balance of the car, and it was a lot easier to drive today. I'm just thrilled that I'm with a team like Andretti Autosport that is committed to working hard so we can go for the overall championship. It's a very technical track and one of the most physical tracks we'll race on this year. We've been getting better and better every session, and I'm satisfied with how things are going."

- Finished P9 in first practice session; improved to P7 in the second session
"Our practice times today were not where we wanted them to be because we were trying different setups, but we have a very good idea of how the car need to be set up for tomorrow. I can't thank the guys enough for working so hard on all the changes the last two days. Hopefully all of the hard work will pay off tomorrow."
